Teaching my son something he can take with him forever carpentry and construction is a dying art Robotics are taking over but they will never be able to come out meet with customers demo and entire job then put it back together all by themselves not in this lifetime there are a lot of good things robots do this is not one of them grateful for all the help we've had this week this has been an incredibly challenging week but one that I'm very grateful for could not have done it without the crew from my right hand Apprentice to my son and even my very dedicated bookkeeper God is good!!

Super grateful to have my son helping Ethan and I that he is out of school for the summer it's a blessing to see a young man wanting to learn and eager to work most kids are glued to their electronics and have no desire to go even outside let alone and eager to work most kids are glued to their electronics and have no desire to go even outside let alone go get up at 6:30 a.m. and drink coffee and watch the news getting ready for a hot day of work!

Be very careful who you hire we have been slowly repairing someone's trashy work here on the Outer Banks they're lucky no one has gotten severely injured on a deck this dangerous please check up on your contractors verify that they are credited verify that they are insured verify their references check over their work this is some of the worst work I've ever seen and we usually don't post on issues like this but this is very frustrating when there are many children in and out of this rental property any one of our children could be injured on such an unsafe three story tall deck

Super hot today doing everything from moisture readings to ceiling repairs replacing pickets sharing up old pilings and 4x4 post replacing outdoor showers on another property insulating the basement on another property cut up and removed a rotten picnic table off a third level deck at another property estimating a new deck at the last property as well as tearing out this fireplace and completely deleting it so happy to see Springtime upon us!
