Site evaluations, feasibility studies, budgeting, engineering, permitting, and master planning all lay the foundation for a successful project.

Completed just last year, Bavarian Blast at Bavarian Inn Lodge transformed the resort into Michigan's largest indoor waterpark and family fun center.

As the specialty design-builder, ADG led the project from concept and master planning through construction, delivering a 170,000-square-foot destination featuring a WaveTek® wave pool, a 300-foot action river, 16 waterslides, Michigan's first adult-only swim-up bar with a heated indoor-outdoor pool, and an expanded family entertainment center.
