A little less squinting. A lot more enjoying the view. ☀️

This beautiful home in Sandpoint, Idaho, is a perfect example of how the right window film can make a difference without changing what you love about your home.

We used Vista V33 to take on that strong morning sun while keeping the views front and center.

The result? 56% less heat, 65% less glare, and 99.9% UV protection.

We like to think of it as Ray-Bans for your house. 😎

Have a sunny room that could use a little help? We'd love to hear about it.

85% of the heat. Gone.

If you’ve been by 3rd and Lakeside lately, you may have noticed some new glass. We recently finished this building with LLumar DR5 window film, and the numbers speak for themselves:

- 85% heat reduction
- 95% glare reduction
- Complete privacy from the outside

Same building. Same windows. A completely different experience inside.

If your storefront or office runs hot, fights glare, or feels like a fishbowl, we can fix that.

Think window tint is just for summer? Think again. ❄️🍂

Maybe sun has never been a problem at your house. No glare, no hot rooms, no faded furniture. But when fall and winter hit, you can feel the cold coming off the windows, and the heat you're paying for seems to slip right out through the glass.

There's a film for that.

Low-E film is engineered for cold climates like ours. Instead of blocking the sun, it works like a mirror for the heat already inside your home, reflecting that warmth back into the room instead of letting it escape through the glass. That means fewer drafty spots by the windows.

And if sun is an issue too, film helps there as well:

☀️ Cuts the harsh glare from low winter sun and snow
🛋️ Blocks 99.9% of UV rays, protecting floors and furniture year-round
👀 Adds privacy once the trees lose their leaves

Not sure which film fits your home? That's what we're here for. We've been helping homeowners pick the right one for over 35 years.

Everybody has the room nobody sits in.🔆

Too bright by noon, too hot by three. Usually it's one wall of glass doing it.

That's a half-day fix, and we are in and out so you can finally enjoy your previously unusable space.

Stop giving your space away to the afternoon sun. Give us a call to get scheduled!

Over 35 years of experience. 🏆

When we started tinting windows in Coeur d'Alene, the shop looked a lot different, but the standard hasn't moved. Do the job right, use film that lasts, treat people like neighbors.

Over the years that has got us named Architectural Window Film Company of the Year by Eastman, and we continue to strive to meet those standards year after year.

To every customer who's trusted us with a car, a house, or a building over the years, thank you. We strive for excellence every day because of you and our skills and community only continue to grow.

If we've done work for you, we'd love a review. It genuinely helps a local shop like ours continue to build relationships in the community.

Getting pulled over for your tint is a bad day. Here's how we make sure you avoid it.

Idaho's legal tint limits:

Front side windows — must let in more than 35% of light
Back side windows — more than 20%
Rear window — more than 35%
Windshield — non-reflective film only, above the AS-1 line
Dual side mirrors required if your back window is tinted

We've been installing to spec in North Idaho for 35+ years using only premium films. That means it looks how you want it AND passes when it counts.

Looking to have your tint updated or wanting to get one put on? Give us a call and get a free estimate!

Live on a dirt road? Your paint takes the hit.

Every trip down a gravel road means your vehicle is exposed to rocks, dust, and road debris that can chip and damage your paint over time.

That’s where Paint Protection Film (PPF) comes in.

PPF creates a durable layer of protection over your vehicle’s painted surfaces, helping defend against the everyday abuse that comes with gravel roads, construction zones, and rougher commutes.

And one of the best parts? PPF is self-healing. Minor scratches, scuffs, and light surface marks can disappear with exposure to heat, helping your film maintain a clean, smooth appearance.

If your daily drive includes more gravel than pavement, PPF isn't just about keeping your vehicle looking good, it's about protecting the finish you've already invested in.

Dirt road or paved road, Tint Works has your vehicle covered.
