Another great review from one of our Home Depot Pro Referral customers in Post Falls! ⭐️

This one was a toilet replacement, and the customer specifically called out Dave’s work, our pricing, and how satisfied they were with the overall experience.

We’re always happy to help with the smaller jobs too — and we appreciate every customer who takes the time to leave us a review. Thank you for trusting Mr Clean Fix! 🛠️

Why can two remodel estimates be so far apart?

It doesn't always mean one contractor is too expensive.

Before comparing the bottom line, make sure you're actually comparing the same project.

We broke down what homeowners should look for when comparing remodel estimates — and why the lowest number isn't always the whole story.

Love your house… just not the way it works anymore?

Before you decide it's time to move, it may be worth asking whether an addition could give you the space and layout you actually need.

We’re talking about additions vs. moving in this week’s blog — including the property, the floor plan, the investment, and what it’s really like to live through a major addition. 🧰
