A small cover still needs a clear plan before the posts go in.

Even a simple side-yard or patio cover has to work with the roofline, siding, gravel area, headroom, and the path people use every day. If the posts land wrong or the cover crowds the walkway, the finished space can feel tighter instead of easier to use.

Before the build starts, we will talk through where people walk, what should stay open, how the roof ties into the home, and what kind of shade or cover would actually help.
