Before anything else, we want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude and respect for the late Doug Gail and the incredible legacy he and his family built. For over a century, Gail Construction has stood for integrity, craftsmanship, and a commitment to quality, serving the Big Horn Basin since 1905. We are honored to have been a part of that story.
Following Doug’s passing, ownership transitioned to Jim Talich, who has proudly carried on the Gail name and its long-standing reputation. Today, we’re excited to announce the next chapter.
While our name and location are changing, the heart of our company is not.
