🚨 BREAKING NEIGHBORHOOD NEWS 🚨
A local raccoon has reportedly filed an adverse possession claim on a Central Florida family’s attic. 🦝⚖️
His attorney maintains that he has established residency, improved the insulation, and has absolutely no intention of leaving.
Negotiations broke down after he demanded continued access to the garbage cans. 😂
Fortunately, Leo has been called in to mediate.
Stay tuned. This situation is developing. 🎤😂

After months of care at the Florida Wildlife Hospital, two orphaned river otters have returned to their natural habitat.

🦝 Rocky thought he found the perfect hiding spot...
When homeowners hear scratching, thumping, or little footsteps above the ceiling, there's often a curious face looking back from the attic.
Raccoons love attics because they're warm, dry, and safe from predators. The problem is they don't come alone for long. They can damage insulation, tear ductwork, chew wiring, and leave behind contamination that can become a much bigger issue over time.
