Don't wanna give about too much information out of respect for the customer. I got a call to come out.See if I could remove this unit.While the siding was put up and then replace it. Unfortunately, the system is 2 years old. And 2 of the heads inside already don't work properly. These online units are very hard to get parts for if not impossible. And Tech Support is non-existent. It is a terrible feeling walking away from a customer who, you know, needs your help. Don't know who installed it, but they will not return their phone calls. That tells me a lot, unfortunately, at this point. All I can recommend is replacing it with a proper unit. Unfortunately the equipment will cost almost as much as their entire installed with the cheap equipment
But when you're spending this kind of money, you need the reliability good equipment, and a company that's gonna stand behind their work. We all work really hard for our money. Please do a little investigating before you spend online.
