This week we reached an exciting milestone as our geotechnical inspection was approved, giving us the go-ahead to begin the foundation.

Forms are being built, rebar is being installed, and we're getting closer to concrete day. There's a lot of work that goes into a home long before walls start going up, and we're excited to bring you along for every step of the process.

This is where a quality home truly begins. Most people never see this part of a home because it's buried underground—but it's one of the most important stages of construction. Taking the time to do it right now helps ensure the home performs for decades to come.

Remember that Custom Build we are working on? Well, everything doesn't always go according to plan, and we are there for all the bumps along the way, doing what needs to be done. We have had to spend longer than expected digging out the site to get approval from the geoengineers to proceed. We are finally there and getting to the next steps!
