Have we ever told you to turn your A/C off if it's not cooling properly? Has your A/C system ever looked like these photos?

When an air conditioner isn't cooling, your evaporator coil could be frozen and it could be spreading outside. If the system continues to run, more ice can build up, making it impossible for a technician to properly diagnose the problem when they arrive.

If your A/C is blowing warm air, struggling to keep up, or has ice on the refrigerant lines, we will ask you to:

- Turn the system OFF
- Set the fan to ON

This helps thaw the ice before your appointment so we can get right to diagnosing the issue and getting your comfort back as quickly as possible.

A little patience before we arrive can save time, possible rescheduled appointment, and help us find the real problem faster!

But his versatility doesn't stop there—he also assists with A/C and heating maintenance visits and lends a hand with major repairs like compressor and evaporator coil replacements.
