Pretty sure this old house didn’t even have indoor plumbing when it was built! 🚽

Today we’re giving it a little upgrade with a new ¾” PEX water service.

One thing we like about PEX is we can make long runs with fewer fittings underground — and fewer fittings means fewer places to have problems later on.

Pretty cool getting to work on these old homes and help keep them going for another generation. 🔧💧

⚡ Found the problem!

Faulty wiring inside this commercial water heater was causing trouble. Sometimes it’s not the heater—it’s what’s happening behind the panels. 🔧

Small problem, BIG water bill. 💧💰

This toilet flapper wasn’t sealing properly, allowing water to constantly leak into the bowl. Add a faulty fill valve and that little leak can waste a surprising amount of water.

Sometimes the smallest parts cost you the most!

A side of plumbing we actually LOVE doing — well pumps. 💧
