Beautiful morning to check on progress on a current project, “The Aston” Apartments. This is a 7 story project built by Heart of America Group. Currently spending our time pre rocking, but with some good weather the roof should be on in a couple weeks and we can start full scale production and watch these guys fly!

Here is a nice project going up in Huxley for Pro-Commercial, LLC. We are metal framing the interior offices of this smaller building currently, then we will drywall and paint! Much larger building to come!

Anyways, we are working with a local YouTuber, Ryan Knorr, on his barndominium going up south of town. You can find a short feature on us around the 11 minute mark. Honored to be able to work with such great people and such a cool project! Will show more pictures when it’s done and finished!

Long time progress update. Right now one project we are working on a 5 story project called “The James on Grand” for Ball Team, LLC. This is high end multi family living, with smooth walls and ceiling which requires a lot of tedious work from both our hanging and taping crews. Great work guys! Should be ready for tenants come spring!

Keep your outdoor pets warm this winter! This homeowner had us spray his new dog house with 3” of closed cell foam! That with the heating/cooling system he has, those dogs will be so comfortable in all seasons. Thanks for letting us help on this project!

DONT 🚫 Hire a contractor who does not specialize in spray foam insulation to do work on your next project. Without the right knowledge you can get poor results, and adhesion like this homeowner received. Not to mention, spray foam particles all over the back of his brand new house and windows!! A lot of the work had to be removed!😡

We were asked by one of our trade partners, Hubbell Realty, to help with their “Extreme Build”, where they build an entire building in 1 week start to finish. We hung, taped, and textured about a large house worth of drywall in about 24 hours. Our guys stepped up to the plate and worked early and late hours. Special thanks to our Foreman, Dan Jones, who was there all weekend making sure everything looked great!
