There’s something special about seeing a home’s personality start to come together. 🤎

We’ve been working through selections for a custom home that will be built on a beautiful rural property, and we are loving the direction these clients are taking!

Rich, warm wood tones paired with layered grays, natural stone, and subtle touches of warmth create a look that feels inviting, timeless, and perfectly suited for country living.

The mix of textures will add so much character while still keeping the overall design cohesive and elevated.

One of our favorite parts of building a custom home is helping our clients pull all of these individual pieces together to create a home that truly feels like theirs.

🏡 We can’t wait to see these selections come to life!

🏡🚜 A Big Day in Grimes! 🚜🏡

There’s nothing quite like Dig Day—the day a family's dream officially starts becoming reality!
This week, we had the privilege of breaking ground on a beautiful custom home in Grimes. The future homeowners stopped by to check out the progress, and the kids got an experience they won't soon forget... taking a turn operating the excavator! 😄

This build is especially meaningful because it's happening in our own community. We are excited to help bring this family's vision to life and look forward to welcoming them as neighbors in the near future.

Our realtors, Katie Fliehler & Malinda Garner REMAX Precision have guided our clients through the planning process making this a smooth and fun process! We want to thank Dustin Kupka and Allison Kupka, the buyers' agents, for their partnership and collaboration in making this exciting build possible.

We can't wait to share the progress as this home comes to life over the coming months!
🏠✨ Stay tuned for updates from the build site.

Check out one of our current homes in process! 😍
The Trim stage might be one of our favorite parts of the build.

This is where a house really starts to come to life—and these details are everything. From the custom cabinetry and built-ins to the stunning wood feature wall, every inch reflects the skill and precision of our trim carpenters.

We truly love partnering with craftsmen who take so much pride in their work. It shows in every line, every joint, and every finish.

This home is going to be something special ✨

Trim stage = where the magic really starts to show ✨

Cabinets going in, details coming together, and all those selections finally taking shape—it’s such a fun phase to watch! This CCS custom home is quickly turning from plans into reality, and we couldn’t be more excited.

So thankful for an incredible team—Ben and Teri—who make the process smooth, collaborative, and enjoyable. Can’t wait to see what comes next! 🏡
