🌟 Project Manager Spotlight 🐾

Bryan Mojica is a bilingual roofing professional with experience in both commercial and residential projects.

He earned his Associate of Arts degree from Iowa Lakes Community College and is OSHA-10 certified, with expertise in Malarkey Vista AR, Owens Corning, IKO, Versico, and GAF flat roofing systems.

As a Project Manager at Walter Roofing, Bryan oversees projects from planning to completion, ensuring each meets the company’s high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, he enjoys life with his wife, Kiaya, and their dog, Ember Lou, and is a lifelong baseball enthusiast. 🐶 ⚾️ ❤️

What an amazing, powerful week it’s been!! 🥹

Earlier this week, Walter Roofing Managing Partners Jesse and Shelease Rittenhouse had the incredible honor of helping grant a life-changing wish through Make-A-Wish Iowa.

Zander Smith, a West Des Moines teenager facing serious health challenges, received his wish of a UTV so he can spend more time outdoors creating memories and adventures with his family. The wish was made possible through the generosity of many community members, businesses, volunteers, and supporters who believe in the power of hope.

Being part of Zander’s special day was a reminder that success isn’t measured only by what we accomplish in business, but by the impact we can make in the lives of others.

At Walter Roofing, we believe in giving back to the communities that have supported us for so many years. Seeing Zander’s smile and witnessing the joy this wish brought to his family is something we will never forget!!

Thank you to Make-A-Wish Iowa for the incredible work you do bringing hope, strength, and joy to children and families during difficult times. Congratulations, Zander—we hope your new UTV leads to countless unforgettable adventures!!! 🤗
