JCL Doors & Windows, along with many other local businesses, continues to deal with individuals falsely representing legitimate companies.
If someone arrives at your home claiming to be from JCL and they are not driving a marked JCL vehicle or cannot provide proof of employment with JCL, please kindly ask them to leave and contact local law enforcement if necessary.
Before allowing anyone to perform work:
✅ Ask for identification and company information.
✅ Request an invoice or work order before any work begins.
✅ Verify they can provide documentation, whether it's a carbon-copy invoice or a digital invoice through a program such as Housecall Pro.
✅ Remember that our crews have the ability to leave invoices and documentation when a job is completed.
We have recently had several customers contact us after realizing they believed they were hiring JCL, but instead were contacted by scammers pretending to be our company.
