We ask all that have not called us before to call another HVAC contractor for immediate service so that we may keep up with existing customers and any warranty repairs.

Also, with a large amount of robo-calls and a wish to be as productive as possible, we ask everyone to leave a message on voice mail. We will return your message ASAP, day or night. Repeated calling numbers not leaving a message tend to be blocked from direct answering but still will be able to leave a message. I find it hard to find a situation where this would be true in the real world, which includes your house.
Please be wary of any promise like this. It is more likely that this filter will restrict air enough to damage your filter in less than 2 weeks. I can come to your house and prove it wrong after 30 days if you like.
With this logic, I could say:
Furnaces installed by our company will last up to 50 YEARS.

Please avoid these filters and do not use them for more than 30 days if you already have them.
