Almost another year in business for Elm City Overhead Door II LLC!

Anyone who knows me knows how much I love what I do. I take great pride in my work and truly enjoy helping my customers with honest, fair pricing. If I can repair a door instead of replacing it and save a customer money, that’s exactly what I’ll do. Building trust has always been more important to me than making a quick sale.

But the truth is, while I may be the owner, Lori , my wife is the one working tirelessly behind the scenes. She keeps everything running smoothly, from bookkeeping and scheduling installs and service calls to making sure our customers are always taken care of. She is an enormous part of this business and the reason it continues to grow and succeed.
