🇺🇸 Holiday Office Closure Notice 🇺🇸

Hinz Refrigeration will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2026, in observance of Independence Day.

We will still be available for emergency service calls during the holiday. However, our technicians and staff also have families and loved ones they are spending time with. If your HVAC issue can wait until our office reopens, we appreciate your patience.

We will return to our normal business hours on Monday, July 6, 2026.

🚨 Cold Weather Reminder from Hinz Refrigeration ❄️

With inclement weather moving in, now is a great time to make sure your home and HVAC system are ready for the cold snap.

✅ Change your air filters to keep your system running efficiently and prevent airflow issues.
✅ If you have a heat pump and temperatures drop below 32°F, switch your system to Emergency Heat to help maintain warmth.
✅ Make sure your outdoor unit is clear of ice, snow, and debris so it can breathe properly.
✅ Avoid constantly changing your thermostat. Set it to a steady temperature to prevent extra strain on your system.
✅ If you have auxiliary or emergency heat, be aware it uses more electricity. Use it wisely and only when needed.
✅ To help prevent frozen pipes, drip your faucets (both hot and cold) and open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate.

A little preparation now can save a lot of trouble later. Stay warm and safe!

Hinz Refrigeration will be closed December 24th–28th as our team takes time to celebrate Christmas with family and loved ones.
