Our Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher is the primary point of contact for customers and the central hub for coordinating our electricians.

This is a key role that directly impacts customer satisfaction, lead response, maintenance scheduling, and the efficiency of our team.

Once we're in peak hurricane season, will your generator run when you need it?

Maybe it exercises every week and seems fine.

Maybe it hasn’t run in years.

Maybe the generator came with the house and you don’t know anything about it.

Whatever the case, now is a good time to find out where you stand.

We are offering a $199 Generator Ready Check for residential air-cooled Kohler generators.

We’ll check the battery and charging system, oil level, generator operation, voltage and frequency, and test the automatic transfer switch with the house running on generator power when the generator is able to operate.

If your generator won’t start or we find another problem, that’s okay too.

We’ll tell you what we find and what it will take to get it ready.

The Generator Ready Check is a checkup, not scheduled maintenance or repair.

Any maintenance, troubleshooting, or repairs beyond the check are additional, and we’ll talk with you before doing anything extra.

Whether yours has been faithfully exercising every week or quietly sitting behind the house for the last five years, now is the time to find out if it’s ready.

Your favorite thing about working at Lavallee Electrical?�My favorite thing about working at Lavallee is the people, everyone at Lavallee knows how to have a good time on the job site and make the job more fun and enjoyable.

What’s your favorite or most useful NEC reference? (National Electrical Code)?
One of the more useful code references to know that I have used recently is article 240.15(B)(1).

With remote monitoring, we keep tabs on your generator 24/7 and you keep your peace of mind. It's a newer service we offer and we're excited about what it allows us to offer our clients.

KOHLER® Energy Management Pro tracks important generator info like operating status, battery health, and system alerts. If anything unusual comes up, such as a low battery or fault notification, we're alerted immediately. It runs on cellular connection so even when your Wi-Fi is down, we can continue to monitor your generator.

Often we can troubleshoot issues remotely, and if a service call is needed, we already know what to bring.

He joined our team to work between college and grad school, and he’s fit right in on the team. It’s cool to watch him grow, and I’m excited to see where it goes.
