What a milestone for our friends at Incobrasa! 👏

AAK Mechanical is proud to have played a part in bringing Incobrasa's second biodiesel plant to life!

We've officially wrapped up our portion of the project, and we couldn't be more thankful for the opportunity to work alongside Sergio and his team. It's been a busy stretch, but seeing a project of this size come together and reach the finish line makes all that hard work worth it.

A huge thank you to Incobrasa for trusting our crew to be part of such an exciting expansion, and to our AAK guys who put in the long hours to help make it happen!

Congratulations to Sergio and the entire Incobrasa team on this incredible accomplishment!

Last week, Miss Caroline showed up to her school's Career Day ready to be a AAK Mechanical welder, and we couldn't have been more excited about her career choice!

We love seeing the next generation take an interest in the trades, but there's something extra special about a little girl knowing she can do anything the boys can do. 💪💪💪

The future of welding just might be wearing pink! 😎

Throwback Thursday! 👏

This week we’re throwing it back with Francisco, who has been part of the AAK crew since 2008!

For 18 years, Francisco has been putting his skills to work for us and has earned a reputation as one of the best pipe insulators around. When there’s insulation work to be done, Francisco knows his stuff — and that kind of experience is hard to beat.

He’s been here through countless jobs, plenty of growth, and judging by the throwback photos… some pretty messy ones too. 😂

18 years and still one of the best at what he does. We appreciate you, Francisco! 👏💪
