So a few thoughts on roofing and storms after 23 yrs in this industry. The 2026 storms produced legitimate damage. Most homes that think they have damage and wonder if they do . . . Probably do. Not all roofs leak the following winter . So immediate repair isnt always so crucial. Inspection and forming a plan to action is crucial . Most of these roofs and claims will take months to resolve. There are a lot of good contractors out there. . . There are also a lot of incompetent, dishonest, and sleazy ones too. . . If you dont choose Utah roof consulting . . .I reccomend a local contractor who will still be hwre after the storm craze is gone. Good luck out there
