Sidewalks are going in at Father Honan Terrace! The newly poured sidewalks behind the first two buildings are officially taking shape! This is just the beginning, as new sidewalks will soon wrap around the entire development, creating a connected and accessible path throughout the property.

The finishing touches are underway at Copernicus Hall at Central Connecticut State University!

With final punchlist work in progress and high-end millwork now beautifully installed, this exciting space is almost ready to welcome students back to their brand-new hospital simulator—right here on campus!

It’s been an incredible project to be a part of, and we’re proud to see all the hard work, craftsmanship, and collaboration coming together. A huge thank you to everyone at Central Connecticut State University, along with all of our valued vendors, subcontractors, and project partners who helped bring this vision to life.

Concrete Progress at 385 Church Street!

Big things are taking shape in Guilford! New concrete foundation walls are being formed and poured today at 385 Church Street. The footings were poured last Friday, and we’re already moving up to the next stage of the foundation.

This project includes a new addition to the existing building, bringing fresh space and new possibilities to the property. It’s always exciting to watch a project come to life from the ground up!

From before ➡️ during ➡️ after — the brand-new main office corridor at Wolcott Elementary School has come to life!

This project featured a major addition to the front of the school, creating a modern, welcoming, and secure new main office space that will serve students, staff, and visitors for years to come. Every phase of construction brought us one step closer to delivering a space the school community can be proud of.

With the finishing touches underway, this project is wrapping up just in time to welcome students and teachers back for the fall!📚 We’re proud to have been part of creating an improved learning environment.

Roof trusses have officially arrived on site at Terry Court and are going up! The first of four new buildings is nearly ready for sheathing and roofing, marking another exciting milestone on this project. Even better, the second building is following close behind, keeping the momentum going!

Progress is happening both inside and out at Father Honan Terrace!

While our team continues making great strides on the interior renovations, we're also taking the project outdoors! Sidewalk preparation is officially underway as we begin installing an entirely new network of sidewalks that will connect the entire property, improving accessibility, safety, and the overall experience for residents and visitors alike.

Project update from Central Connecticut State University!

Things are coming together at our renovation project on campus! The main corridor and reception desk soffit has officially been installed, helping bring the vision for this space to life.

The first coat of paint is up, and it's exciting to see the transformation taking shape. This week, crews are also installing the ceiling and putting the finishing touches on the paint, bringing us one step closer to the finished product.

Every week brings noticeable progress, and we can't wait to share what's next! Stay tuned as this space continues to evolve.

Progress is happening at Copernicus Hall at Central Connecticut State University!

Renovations are in full swing as one of the nursing wings is transformed into a state-of-the-art hospital simulation space designed to help prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals. 🩺

From custom millwork to unique architectural details, this project is packed with craftsmanship. One standout feature is the curved soffit taking shape above the future reception desk—a custom finish that’s just one of many exciting elements coming together. 👷‍♂️

Big things are taking shape at Terry Court in Willimantic!

Framing is officially underway, and we're making great progress. Final framing touches are being completed on two of the first four buildings as we gear up for truss installation. Meanwhile, final concrete slab preparations are in full swing, with new slab pours scheduled for this week!

Every milestone brings us one step closer to creating quality homes and a thriving community. Stay tuned as we continue to build something special from the ground up!
