Progress is underway at the Middletown Housing Authority’s new main office! Framing is in full swing as the new space begins to take shape. Alongside framing, our plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and sprinkler rough-ins are well underway, keeping multiple trades moving and the project progressing. Progress is moving fast at Terry Court in Willimantic!

Drywall and taping are now complete in two of the four buildings, while the third building has been fully insulated and drywall installation begins tomorrow! Inside the buildings, primer is scheduled to hit the walls this Friday, with interior doors going in next week as we continue pushing toward the finish line.

Outside, progress is moving just as quickly! All electrical conduits have been run, new water lines are in place, and new sewer installation is underway today. We also relined the existing sewer laterals that we will tie into, helping ensure the site’s infrastructure is ready for years to come.

From framing and insulation to utilities and finishes, every phase is coming together at Terry Court!

Progress is moving right along at Southern Connecticut State University! The underground rough-in and backfill are officially complete, marking another major milestone as PCM works with SCSU to bring a brand-new girls’ locker room to the University.

Concrete is arriving today, and framing is set to begin Monday! With each step, this project is taking shape and getting closer to completion. Stay tuned as we continue to bring this new space to life!

New construction at Terry Court is taking shape! Roofing and siding are moving full steam ahead! Two of the four buildings are now fully sided and roofed, while the third building has its roof complete and is getting wrapped in siding today. Meanwhile, the fourth building is quickly following behind, with nearly all of its roof trusses now in place.

Getting these buildings weather-tight is a major milestone, allowing us to shift our focus indoors and begin insulation work. One step at a time, we’re bringing these buildings closer to completion!

The new foundation at 385 Church Street has officially been backfilled and compacted, marking another major milestone on the project. The site is now prepped and ready for the next phase — steel er****on is scheduled to begin next week! Shortly after, the concrete slab will be poured, bringing the new addition one step closer to taking shape.

Sidewalks are going in at Father Honan Terrace! The newly poured sidewalks behind the first two buildings are officially taking shape! This is just the beginning, as new sidewalks will soon wrap around the entire development, creating a connected and accessible path throughout the property.

The finishing touches are underway at Copernicus Hall at Central Connecticut State University!

With final punchlist work in progress and high-end millwork now beautifully installed, this exciting space is almost ready to welcome students back to their brand-new hospital simulator—right here on campus!

It’s been an incredible project to be a part of, and we’re proud to see all the hard work, craftsmanship, and collaboration coming together. A huge thank you to everyone at Central Connecticut State University, along with all of our valued vendors, subcontractors, and project partners who helped bring this vision to life.

Concrete Progress at 385 Church Street!

Big things are taking shape in Guilford! New concrete foundation walls are being formed and poured today at 385 Church Street. The footings were poured last Friday, and we’re already moving up to the next stage of the foundation.

This project includes a new addition to the existing building, bringing fresh space and new possibilities to the property. It’s always exciting to watch a project come to life from the ground up!

From before ➡️ during ➡️ after — the brand-new main office corridor at Wolcott Elementary School has come to life!

This project featured a major addition to the front of the school, creating a modern, welcoming, and secure new main office space that will serve students, staff, and visitors for years to come. Every phase of construction brought us one step closer to delivering a space the school community can be proud of.

With the finishing touches underway, this project is wrapping up just in time to welcome students and teachers back for the fall!📚 We’re proud to have been part of creating an improved learning environment.

Roof trusses have officially arrived on site at Terry Court and are going up! The first of four new buildings is nearly ready for sheathing and roofing, marking another exciting milestone on this project. Even better, the second building is following close behind, keeping the momentum going!

It's incredible to see these structures taking shape as our team continues to make steady progress every day. Stay tuned—there's plenty more to come as we bring all four buildings to life!
