PARKS PEOPLE | Meet Matt Chiles

Some people make an impression without ever needing the spotlight. Matt Chiles is one of those people.

A member of our Door Team, Matt brings a quiet, thoughtful presence to Parks Cabinets. He's kind, dependable, and always willing to lend a hand. While he may be a man of few words, his willingness to help and the pride he takes in his work speak volumes.

One of Matt's favorite parts of his job is assembling doors after a long process of preparation and seeing everything come together.

Outside of work, music is a big part of Matt's life, along with spending time fixing up the home he shares with his wife. He's a night owl who appreciates a quiet weekend and something sweet.

When asked what Pride in Every Detail means to him, Matt shared that it's about giving purposeful attention to every aspect of the process so the finished result is something worth being proud of.

We're grateful to have Matt on our team. It's people like him who remind us that dedication, kindness, and craftsmanship don't always need a lot of words.

Full overlay construction, with the refined look of inset cabinetry.
Finished in Farrow & Ball Etruscan Red No. 56, this bar brings rich color and tailored detail into the space.

Five-piece doors with our Donald profile, clean slab drawer fronts, decorative mesh paired with glass-front doors, integrated lighting, and a radiused island create depth, texture, and a softer flow throughout the room.

Custom cabinetry gives us the ability to think beyond straight lines and standard details, creating pieces that are designed specifically for the space they live in.

Pride in Every Detail.

Walnut carries from the kitchen into this primary bath, bringing warmth and continuity to a space made for slowing down.

The inset vanity features the same walnut and slab doors with an applied bead used in the kitchen. That small detail gives the clean lines a tailored finish, while the long open shelf keeps fresh towels close at hand.

A little everyday retreat, built with pride in every detail.

A warm take on full overlay

There is something about the warmth, depth, and character of walnut that always draws us in.

In this kitchen, the full overlay cabinetry keeps the overall look clean, while slab doors with an applied bead bring in just the right amount of detail. One of our favorite features is the way the cabinetry and trim wrap the windows, creating a custom, finished look that makes the entire space feel intentional.

It is those thoughtful details that give custom cabinetry its impact.
