Brickstreet Lawn & Landscape is looking for an experienced, dependable Landscape Foreman to help lead our growing team in Clinton, Mississippi.

POSITION DETAILS
📍 Clinton, MS
💰 $18–$25/hour based on experience
📅 Full-time, Monday–Friday
☀️ Occasional Saturdays
🚚 Some out-of-town travel required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage landscape crews
• Oversee landscape and hardscape projects
• Assign daily tasks and maintain job schedules
• Coordinate materials and equipment
• Read and follow blueprints and project plans
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Communicate with customers and management
• Complete required daily reports
• Train and develop crew members
QUALIFICATIONS
• At least one year of landscape construction or similar experience
• Supervisory or foreman experience required
• Very strong leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
• Ability to read and write clearly for daily reporting
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Experience operating landscape construction equipment
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
