Something new is coming your way in 2026.
I’ve decided to separate the Rental and Septic sides. 28 Rentals will have a sister company called River Ridge Septic very soon.
Same people same service just a little change!

Have a great Friday and to quote a friend
“ It’ll be Ok”

Help Your Rural Oklahoma Customers Get the System They Need
If you have customers in rural Oklahoma putting off septic or water well work because of the cost, Communities Unlimited may be able to help—with low-interest loans made possible by the USDA.

Right now, we have plenty of funding available—and we need YOUR help to connect homeowners with the resources they need.
✅ Loans up to $15,000
✅ 1% interest rate
✅ Terms up to 20 years
✅ Hard credit check (but we overlook many things banks won’t)
✅ Great option for rural homeowners who can’t afford upfront costs

To qualify in Oklahoma, the homeowner must:
- Make less than $35,008.20 per household
- Own the land (with a home already on it)
- Be current on property taxes
- Live in a rural area

📣 Have a customer who might qualify? Share this info or message us and we’ll walk you through how to refer them.

We’ve added a Venmo account. Had several customers ask about it lately so here it is. Thanks for all the work.

Use Venmo to connect with 28 Rentals LLC () - At 28 we rent portable toilets and restroom trailers. On the septic side of the business we pump septics and also install conventional and aerobic system
