This new home in Forsyth has been inspected and ready for insulation and drywall. Glad the weather has been cooperating pretty well lately to keep this one moving along.

I hope everyone is having a great Merry Christmas! It’s great to get new home owners moved in right before Christmas as well! Kurt and Kaylee were so great to work with and we got this home finished ahead of schedule, which was about 4 1/2 month build. We will finish up some concrete flatwork in the spring other than that the house is complete and they are all moved in! Thank you Kurt and Kaylee for trusting us in your home build, we enjoyed working with you!

When you’re so excited your dream home is being framed up so quickly!! House will be done framing Monday and then the shingles/metal will go on Tuesday!! Glad to see this one coming along quickly! Give us a call or message us, so we can get a picture of you excited for your dream home.

New home should be finished framing Monday in Forsyth Prairie Winds subdivision. Mechanicals and roofing should start shortly after. This home is a custom designed plan for a new home owner moving to town. The kids were more interested in the dirt pile out back! 😁

Exterior has finished up nicely on these two homes in Macon county. The ranch in Oakley went with the black brick and black mortar which pairs well with the white siding! The other ranch in Argenta went with dark toned siding with board and batten. That ranch is also getting the cabinets and trim work installed and the flooring has been completed along with the custom tile shower! Both projects are coming along nicely!

The black brick with the black mortar joints looks amazing! This house in Oakley is coming along great! Insulating started and should wrap up mid week and then the drywall will be hung late this week, the siding starts this week as well!

Two new homes have been excavated in the past two weeks. One is in Clinton with a walk out basement and the other is in forsyth! Stay tuned for the progress on both of these sold homes!

Another great looking ranch home with a walk out basement framed up in Oakley! Mechanical rough in’s to start this upcoming week! Septic system was installed Friday! This one is coming along!

Framing and roofing moved quickly on this custom home in rural Argenta, IL. Rough in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical to start this week!

Progress being made on these 3 homes! Framing will be complete this upcoming week on the first one. The second one had concrete floors poured and will start framing this week, the third will have the concrete floors poured this week and will begin framing after the second home is complete. All three of these custom homes will look awesome when they are finished!
