BOOKEEPING CLERK/PROJECT MANAGER ASSISTANT
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Answer telephones quickly in a friendly and personable manner
· Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, power-point, outlook
· Customer assistance
· Familiar with Accounting Software/ability to learn new software
· Accounts payable entries
· Administrative work for Project managers Creating PO’s for commercial jobs Invoicing of commercial accounts and resolving billing issues that arise Familiar with AIA Billing Job setup and maintenance Familiar with general construction
· Support Controller in month end processes and data entry
· Support service department when necessary
· Support HR when necessary
· Provide back up for the controller and other office personnel when out of the office
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Participate in company functions and meetings, visiting with customers.
· Maintain personal office space in a professional, clean and organized manner.
· Perform any other special duties requested by either the general manager or the department managers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Associates degree or equivalent work experience
· Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
· Lift up to 30 pounds.
· Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for up to 8 hours a day.
· Computer experience
· Dress in a professional manner
