Well... it's still hot. And by the extended forecast it looks like it's staying for awhile. I guess it is still summer ☀️!! Come on fall!!!
Anyways, we're still plugging away. No matter what the thermometer says.
Unfortunately, I haven't taken any pic's but rest assured we are busy.
Two projects at the moment. A large remodel and a smaller addition. Pic's coming soon!!

Plenty hot this week that's for sure. For all of our fellow blue collar workers battling this heat. Stay hydrated and don't push your limits. The work will still be there tomorrow.

Well, we got a little of the metal on the walls in the past couple of days. We are getting close to wrapping up our portion of Shoemake's Diesel and Auto's shop addition.
This thing is a beast. 45'x75' with 14' tall walls and 12' garage doors. Plenty of room for activities!!
We don't build the everyday run of the mill pole barn style building that you see all of the time going up in a few days. We build for longevity and sheer strength. 2x6 walls, lvl headers, trusses on 2 foot centers, and sheathing on the walls and roof.
American made and built to last!! It may take a little longer but the end result is what matters!!!

Well, even with the high heat we still got it done this week.
Around 72 square of black metal in 5 days in the books.
With 110 degree heat indexs coming the first of the week we are going to go and hide inside for a couple of days but we will be back at it on Wednesday starting the soffit and Fascia and the wall metal. Man I can't wait till fall.

Even with the heat we are still managing to get a little of the metal roof on. The old metal gets torn off tomorrow to make way for the new black metal.
If you've drove through Climax Springs in the last couple of days this peach has surely caught your eye. Give it another week and the true beauty of this new shop will really shine. It is getting a black roof, dark gray body on the walls and a black wainscoting on the front.
