This project is nearly complete!!!

We took the entire roof system off all the way to the walls and rebuilt it and completely gutted the main floor. Adding white washed cathedral ceilings, updated the electrical, added a lot of cool custom features, created a new layout in the master suite, installed a very beautiful kitchen (designed around high use), reworked the existing guest bath, installed some beautiful oversized sliding glass doors, new flooring, rock fireplaces, updated the insulation package to a hybrid high efficiency system, and the list goes on and on...
Not only did this project drastically increase the homes value it also created a spectacular lake retreat that can be used and enjoyed for many years to come.

Wow we sure have been busy!!!
Not much time to get pics but here's some that I managed to snap at a few of our projects currently in progress.
We are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel on a 8 month full gut remodel, it included tearing the entire roof system off down to the walls and stick building a new system with steeper pitches, whitewashed tongue and groove cathedral ceilings, and cool built in features like a simple headboard/bookshelf, double dishwashers, awesome pantry, full height backsplashes, double ovens, stunning master suite and much more. Stay tuned for a walk through video of the completed home very soon!! We just need to get through the punch list and this project is a wrap. Bippty boppty boo!! Like magic, Awesome lake home with a spectacular view and a fesh new facelift !!!!
One of our other projects that one of our crews are working on is a repeat client that's getting all new windows and doors in there lake retreat. This home is also getting a new exterior paint job when all the carpentry work is complete. All of that coupled with the new decks and huge screen room that we built here a year ago. WOW!! Show stopper!! Just in time for summer!!!!

This project is really starting to come together! So many things are getting done it's hard to get pictures of it all. Tile, carpet, fireplace, trim, electrical... the list goes on and on.

The rock guys where at it again. This fireplace is absolutely stunning. I can see it now... snow falling over the lake, warm fire crackling, and a nice cold adult beverage in hand. Makes for long lasting memories at this lake retreat.
