When we completed our first commercial job (Bosque County Law Enforcement Center), we decided that we wanted to start blessing the water systems that we install. Every commercial job that we complete, we install a guardian bell on the main water source for the building. The writing on the bell is a Nordic saying " There is no beginning and there is no end, there is only a continued cycle of life".

We love what we do!

What do we do with soggy, rain soaked Friday mornings?

We learn.

This morning we discussed what each person learned this past week. The topics discussed were a good range of things. They proved that they are on track for the skill levels expected compared to the license/certifications that they hold.

We learned the difference between a "part changer" and a "technician".
Part changers just replace broken parts.
Technicians find out why the parts failed.

Reading blueprints was discussed. What pages have what information. The importance of knowing the dimensions of walls.

How to plan, order, organize and execute re-routing the water main in a functional 3 story commercial building. Doing this major task without any water damage, with duct work, electrical, data cables, fire suppression, and roof drains all in the way. Getting it properly supported and tested.

One Apprentice spoke of how he learned to properly solder copper. The storage of the materials all the way through to testing the joints.

Plumbers never stop learning and protecting the health and safety of our communities.

I just want to give a shout out to our employees!
After many bad ones, we finally have a solid group!
We didn't go to the big city and poach people that were licensed, we hired local and trained them. This takes a minimum investment of 2 years to get them trained and eligible to get their 1st license .
We found their weakness and educated them to be confident and capable. Every morning we discuss the problems from before and the concerns ahead. We were voted best in Bosque County 3 years in a row and we will not stop growing. We will not stop training. We are here for YOU!
