🚨Murnane is seeking bids from qualified and certified NYS MBE, WBE, & SDVOB subcontractors for the UAlbany PE Enabling Project! Bids due by the end of day September 10, 2026.

Project Description: The PE Enabling Projects include the renovation of the existing fitness center, women’s track/cross country locker rooms, men’s basketball locker room, and the hall of fame/training room. This project also includes the construction of a football locker room and lounge, football coach’s locker room, women’s track/cross country locker room and sports medicine room. This work will support the PE Building Renovation Phase 1 construction project. Completion date: 07/2027

Scope of work includes but is not limited to: masonry, carpentry, selective demolition, interior finishes and furnishings, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, and more.

⏳Throwback Thursday Project: VVS CSD Steam and Media Center, Verona, NY

Commenced in 2019 and completed in 2020, this project transformed Vernon Verona Sherrill (VVS) Middle/High School STEAM wing and media center.

The media center was demolished down to the existing structure and completely newly renovated within the original footprint. The finished space features a unique design, distinctive finishes, and a modern environment designed to support collaboration and learning.

The new STEAM wing involved a complete demolition down to the foundation, followed by the construction of an entirely new structure. A standout feature is the new concrete wing walls/buttresses we built, which seamlessly integrate the building with the adjacent outdoor learning space.
