Drywall repair & ceiling restoration

This ceiling had a failed drywall patch from previous plumbing work in the upstairs bathroom.

Rather than simply patching over the existing repair, we opened the area up and created a larger, properly finished patch to help blend the repair into the surrounding ceiling. After finishing the drywall work, we gave the ceiling a fresh coat of paint to complete the job.

A clean finish makes all the difference.

This client recently had a geothermal heat exchanger installed, and the installation required the entire basement door assembly—including the trim, door, and door frame—to be removed so the new unit could fit through the opening.

Once the installation was complete, we came in to put everything back together. The door frame was carefully shimmed, squared, and secured before rehanging the door and making the necessary adjustments for a smooth fit. We then reinstalled the trim, filled all nail holes, and caulked the seams, leaving everything ready for paint.

Now the entry looks like it was never taken apart, and the client was happy to have everything back to normal.

Another happy client!

This homeowner wanted to get rid of the old, broken window covers and aging vertical wood siding that had seen better days. We removed everything, added new framing where needed to properly support the new material, and then installed new T1-11 siding to create a much cleaner, stronger, and more weather-tight exterior.

To finish it off, we installed new exterior trim around the corners and edges for a clean, finished look while helping seal and protect the structure from the elements.

This was a two-day project from start to finish, and the transformation speaks for itself. The client was thrilled with the finished product, and we’re proud of how it turned out.

Completed this “His & Hers” sink replacement!

This one-day project included:
✔️ Two new drop-in sinks
✔️ Two new faucets
✔️ All new shut-off valves
✔️ New hot and cold supply lines
✔️ New drain assemblies and drain piping

Everything was professionally installed, tested for leaks, and left clean and ready to use.

It’s amazing how replacing a few outdated fixtures can give a bathroom a fresh, updated look without the expense of a full remodel.
