This Brick, New Jersey project went far beyond a simple crawl space upgrade. Our team tackled structural support, floor reconstruction, and moisture control to give this home a more complete foundation solution. The existing floor was removed so the team could address the support system underneath. New SmartJacks and a supplemental beam were installed to provide support, while old joists were replaced with new joists running front to back. The team then installed a new subfloor and created a new access door to the crawl space. The crawl space was then encapsulated with our CleanSpace v***r barrier and insulated with SilverGlo panels along the back wall, helping create a cleaner and more controlled environment beneath the home.🛠🌟
