Over the years, we have seen more and more security/tech companies grow to the point where they value the money over their customers.

This saddens us. Customers put a lot of faith and trust into the companies they hire to help them; to take care of them. To say to a customer that they will need to spend money before researching the problem just baffles us! That speaks volumes on a company’s priorities.

We care about our customers. They hired us to help them. That’s exactly what we do. We will research the issue and we will find a fix that works within our customer’s budget. The customer is always first. It’s one of our core values and something we strongly uphold.

LoRoo Security & Technology (LoRoo) is searching for an individual for an office assistant position for our Cleveland office. This position is part time (approx.. 15-20 hrs per week).

About the company:

LoRoo Security & technology provides sales/installation of low voltage equipment such as telephone systems, access control, camera systems, alarm systems and much more. We are a laid back and all inclusive company. As the company continues to grow, there is potential for this to become a full time position.
Job details would include shipping/receiving, verifying pricing with vendors, creating purchase orders, assisting with email/voicemail distribution, working with ownership on scheduling, verifying picklists for jobs and ensuring all equipment is available, some filing, etc.

I just realized we haven’t posted much lately.

We have been busy auditing security systems for one of our clients as well as assisting in creating an SOP for their future security personnel. It has been an adventure!

Schools are shutting down for the summer which is a perfect time to do their upgrades/add-ons and security audits.

Summertime means the families are home and again.. great opportunity to get the security features checked and upgraded, if needed.

We are here… all four seasons… all year long. Give us a call if you need us!

I’m the meantime, stay safe this holiday weekend. Enjoy your cookouts and time with friends and family but also take a moment to remember those who fought/ died for the freedoms we enjoy today.
