May is Construction Mental Health Awareness Month — an opportunity to recognize the importance of mental health in an industry built on hard work, resilience, and teamwork.

At Neptune Plumbing, we created these shirts for our employees as a reminder that no one should have to weather life’s challenges alone. The message on the front, “Weather the Storm Together,” reflects the kind of support and culture we strive to build within our company every day.

The construction industry can be demanding both physically and mentally, and we believe it’s important to continue encouraging conversations around mental health, supporting one another, and reminding people that they matter.
