May is Construction Mental Health Awareness Month — an opportunity to recognize the importance of mental health in an industry built on hard work, resilience, and teamwork.

At Neptune Plumbing, we created these shirts for our employees as a reminder that no one should have to weather life’s challenges alone. The message on the front, “Weather the Storm Together,” reflects the kind of support and culture we strive to build within our company every day.

The construction industry can be demanding both physically and mentally, and we believe it’s important to continue encouraging conversations around mental health, supporting one another, and reminding people that they matter.

Neptune Plumbing was proud to attend the MCAA 2026 Annual Convention in Phoenix, AZ—centered around this year’s theme, “Beyond the Horizon.”

Throughout the week, we had the opportunity to participate in a wide range of educational sessions, connect with manufacturers and suppliers, and engage in meaningful conversations with peers across the industry. Events like this continue to push our industry forward and reinforce the value of collaboration and shared knowledge.

A highlight of the convention was seeing our co-President, Michael Wallenstein, present “PFAS and Plumbing – What Contractors Need to Know Now.” As PFAS continues to be an important and evolving topic, we’re proud to be part of the conversation and committed to staying ahead of the challenges impacting our industry.

Thank you to Mechanical Contractors Association of America for hosting an outstanding event. We’re energized by what we learned and the connections we made, and we look forward to building on that momentum in the year ahead
