Thomas is back for his second co-op at Donley’s in Tallahassee, FL. Thomas is studying civil engineering at Florida State University. This summer he is working on the Conner Complex for the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services (FDACS).

Recently our Charleston office held a Craft Appreciation Party to celebrate and acknowledge the team's hard work with great food, drinks, and a raffle!

During the event, they announced two Concrete Man award recipients this year: Ulises Baldo-Mendoza and Jose Rosa Rodriguez! The award recognizes field team members who consistently go above and beyond on the jobsite.

We are working with John Moriarty & Associates on Tributary, a new residential community in the North Hills Innovation District (NHID) in Raleigh, NC.

The 6-story, mixed-use building will feature 332 apartments, 6,000 SF of ground-level retail and two courtyards. Donley's scope of work includes placing 12,160 CY of concrete across 250,000 SF.

We are working with Ajax Building Company on The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) Conner Complex in Tallahassee, FL.

The facility, which features an adjoining parking garage, will serve as a central hub for Florida agriculture, environmental protection, consumer safety, and food safety efforts. Donley's scope of work includes placing 21,500 CY of concrete across 433,690 SF.
