We are working with Balfour Beatty on The Strand, a 20-story mixed-use tower in the heart of Raleigh’s North Hills Innovation District.

Requiring a total of 25,700 CY of concrete, the tower will feature 362 apartment units, 9,000 SF of ground-floor retail, and a five-level, 500-space parking garage. Donley's scope of work includes foundations, retaining walls, slabs-on-grade, elevated post-tensioned decks, shear walls, and columns.
