Everyone checks the roof, foundation, and plumbing, but what about the system buried underground? 👀

Home inspectors serve an important purpose, BUT they don’t always have the same specialized knowledge as a licensed septic installer. A general home inspection doesn't necessarily catch every septic issue!

⚠️ Just because an older septic system has worked for years doesn't mean you can replace it with the same setup if it fails! Texas regulations and replacement requirements matter, especially with older conventional systems.

Before you sign those closing papers, ask questions and have the septic system evaluated by a qualified septic professional.

James Lewis Sullivan makes hard work look lazy.

He doesn’t believe in sleeping in.

He believes there’s always something that needs to be done.

While most people are still hitting snooze…

James is already three things deep into the day.

He doesn’t say, “That’s not my job.”

He says…

“I’ll handle it.”

And somehow…

he actually does.

He has built a business, a team, and a reputation…

one early morning, one long day, and one “we’ll figure it out” at a time.

He expects a lot from the people around him…

Mostly because he expects even more from himself.

Some call it stubborn.

Some call it driven.

The people who work for him…
