🍺 NEW BREWERY PROJECT EMERGES IN RICHFIELD

Richfield appears to be on the verge of becoming a two brewery town.

NEOCBN has stumbled across newly launched social media pages and a website for World City Brewing, a brewery and restaurant currently under construction at 4793 Brecksville Road in Richfield.

The concept promises locally brewed b**r, scratch-made artisan pizza, cocktails and w**e in a family-friendly setting inspired by Richfield’s history as America’s first “World City.”

NEOCBN has begun trying to connect with ownership to learn more about the people behind World City Brewing, its brewing plans, construction timeline and anticipated opening, though the website seems to indicate ground has already broken and construction has begun.

As always, we’ll provide timely updates as new information becomes available. 🍻

Home addition and kitchen remodel in Willoughby, Ohio.

This project involved a complete structural transformation of the rear portion of the home. The back wall was fully removed to create an open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen and new living area.

The addition was constructed using Insulated Concrete Forms and spray foam insulation, meeting modern green building standards for energy efficiency and performance.

A new HVAC system was installed to optimize comfort and air quality throughout the space.

The existing hardwood floors were refinished and extended into the new addition, providing a consistent and timeless finish.

The result is a bright, functional, and energy-efficient home designed for modern living while preserving its original character.
