The gas control valve failed. It is a part attached to the water heater. the technician recommended to simply replace the complete water heater due to it's age (10-11) years old, as the industry recommends. We were without the AC unit working for 12 days. There is a special medical needs child in the house as well. As hot as it has been, I would not wish that kind of heat without an AC, on my worst enemy.

Hector came as soon as he could to give me a quote. We had an impending week of 100 degree weather and I needed a new AC ASAP. The quote from hector beat two other quotes I got by quite a bit. I knew nothing about anything AC, so I put some faith in him but he took care of me. I went from quote to new unit in a couple days.
