The Albert M. Higley Co. is thrilled to announce the completion of the Summit on the Park Aquatics Center renovation in Canton Township, MI! Our team successfully replaced all ceramic tiles, including intricate mosaics of sea creatures in the pools and locker rooms. The riverwalk's marcite liner was also replaced, enhancing the overall appearance. We installed over 32,000 square feet of tile across various areas, staying on schedule and under budget. Thanks to our dedicated team, including A3C - Collaborative Architecture!

Our CSG Self-Perform team just wrapped up the renovation of Bonds Hall for Baldwin Wallace University! Our scope of work involved demolishing an existing space, metal stud wall and soffit framing, drywall installation, acoustical ceilings, architectural wood ceilings, and millwork.

The craftsmanship of our talented Carpenters and Laborers truly shines in this beautifully transformed space. Their dedication and attention to detail have created an environment that is both functional and visually stunning.

The success of this project wouldn't have been possible without the exceptional coordination and teamwork between the Project Team and our entire Self-Perform Team. Their collaborative efforts ensured that every aspect of the project was executed flawlessly - including being delivered on time and on budget.
