Alltimate Roofing is hiring a Roof Repair Technician.
No roofing experience is required. We can train the right person.
This is not just a labor position. The right person will be trained to diagnose roof leaks, explain repair options to homeowners, sell approved repair work, complete repairs, and document the job with photos and notes.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, teachable, comfortable talking with customers, willing to work outside, able to work from ladders and roofs, and serious about learning a valuable trade.
Job duties may include:
Diagnosing roof leaks
Explaining repair options to homeowners
Selling approved repair work after training
Completing roof repairs
Helping with emergency tarp work
Taking photos and documenting work
Keeping tools, materials, and the repair vehicle organized
Helping with warehouse and service-support tasks when not in the field
Starting pay is $20/hr with the opportunity to grow up to $30/hr based on reliability, safety, work ethic, skill development, productivity, customer communication, and ability to follow company standards.
This is not a position for someone who only wants a paycheck. We are looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, communicate with customers, and become a trusted part of our repair division.
