WHEW!!! 😅 What a crazy couple of weeks! As we near the weekend and head into more rain to come, we are grateful to be (almost nearly) caught up! We have a few calls yet to connect with, but it seems like the bulk of it is behind us.
During these crazy nature event events where storms and floods threaten our homes, it can truly be a struggle to help everyone in as timely a manner as we would prefer to. When dealing with a flood in your basement, tensions and emotions understandably run high for everyone. But our customers have shown us nothing but gratitude as we managed our way through a long backlog of calls.
We have always made it our aim to be honest, dependable, hard-working, and top quality in our trade. As a result, we feel like we have been blessed with some of the best customers that we could possibly hope for. It is truly our privilege to serve the community, and we value the relationships, and dare we say friendships that form out of these events. It has truly been a blessing to get to know many of you over the years.
To that community, we say thank you. Thank you for your continued confidence in Superior Waterproofing, your patience during challenging times like these, and your continued support and friendship. We truly appreciate you all. Stay dry!
