This past Friday, our team had the pleasure of attending the International Interior Design Association Ohio Kentucky Chapter Awards.🎖️

We were proud to have several projects nominated, including:

• Dix & Eaton Headquarters
• Progressive Field Administration Building
• Progressive Field Hospitality Spaces
• Progressive Field Cleveland Guardians Locker Room

Congratulations to our project partner, Koroseal Gage 78, on winning an award for “Creative Install” for their bar-front installation at the Progressive Field Hospitality Spaces project. We’re proud to have collaborated on this project alongside MANICA, Design Architect, and Moody Nolan, Architect of Record. It was a great team effort, and we’re excited to see the creativity and craftsmanship of our project partners recognized.

It was exciting to celebrate the incredible work happening across our industry, and we’re grateful to have been part of such a talented community. Congratulations to all of this year’s winners!

We’re proud of our team and thankful to everyone who helped bring these projects to life.

Last week, we were honored to tour a group of students around the Dix & Eaton Headquarters as part of the IIDA Ohio Kentucky Student Conference! 🎓✨

We had a blast walking students through the space, sharing the story behind the project, and giving them a glimpse into how we work at DVA Architecture. We loved connecting with students from a wide array of schools in the Ohio/Kentucky region and hearing their perspectives along the way.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make the tour a success and to all the students for joining us! We’re always excited to support the next generation of designers.

The new Broadview Heights Fire Station No. 2 project is in full swing! 🚒

Designed to serve as a welcoming gateway to the Broadview Heights Civic Campus, the new station will support the operational needs of the Fire Department while also serving as a valuable resource for the community.

Thoughtfully planned to complement the surrounding campus architecture, the building will create an approachable public presence while providing a functional, efficient environment for those who serve the community every day.

We’re excited to see this project take shape and look forward to sharing more along the way.

Stay tuned for more updates!

Let's give a round of applause to Emma for her recent promotion to Interior Designer I!👏

Emma joined our team after graduating from Kent State and has been with DVA Architecture for three years. With a keen eye for detail, strong design instincts, and her finger on the pulse of industry trends, Emma has become an invaluable contributor to our interiors team.

Over the last several years, Emma has played an integral role in the success of many significant projects, including the Case Western Reserve University ISEB project and the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo Primate Forest. Her dedication and commitment to excellence continue to make a positive impact on our clients, projects, and team.

Keep up the great work, Emma! ✨

The Greater Cleveland Food Bank West Side Resource Center project is officially underway! 🎉

Yesterday, we celebrated the "wallbreaking" of this exciting new project alongside our partners Independence Construction and NV5.

Our team is excited and proud to provide full design services for this incredible project, transforming a grocery-store-turned-community-employment-center, into a vibrant hub that will provide food access, education, workforce resources, and support services for thousands of residents. This truly feels like a full-circle moment for the space.

Building on the momentum of the Waterloo Road Resource Center and Market, this new center will feature a grocery store-style pantry, demonstration kitchen, welcoming gathering spaces, and offices for community partners, all designed to create a dignified, accessible, and uplifting experience.

We're looking forward to watching this project come to life and make a meaningful impact on Cleveland's west side!
