40 year-old house got a makeover!

Our crew tore off all the old masonite siding
Installed new James Hardy fiber cement siding with new trim around the windows
Removed the damaged facia boards and the old gutters.
Installed new Maritec fascia boards painted everything with Sherwin Williams paint beige and blue and her new gutters to match.
This client chose us over 3 other companies and gave us a great review!

Wrapped the joints with rubber moisture barrier tape
Installed new Deckorators Venture deck boards in color Sandbar with hidden fasteners and a border in color Dark Slate
Expanding the footprint with a 4’ step down and final step to the ground.

Installed new Hardie siding, Royal Building products urbane bronze soffit.
Installed new Maritec fascia boards.
Painted the fascia boards urbane bronze to match the soffit.
Painted the new Hardie siding with Sherwin Williams Duration paint color SW 7046 Anonymous
Painted the garage doors and entry doors to match the siding, soffit and fascia
And finished with installation of new gutters in dark bronze to match.
