This lakeside property had water collecting on the upper pool deck with nowhere to go. We installed a new underground drain line, routed it from the upper deck down through the lower yard, and discharged it safely into the lake to keep water moving away from the property.

✅ Excavated and installed new PVC drain line
✅ Routed water from upper elevation to lower yard
✅ Discharged runoff away from problem areas
✅ Improved drainage and reduced standing water
