We’re Hiring: Staff Accountant | Driven 4 Flooring

Driven 4 Flooring is growing, and we’re looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a new branch of our business and help shape the accounting processes, systems, and structure as we continue to grow. The right person will have the opportunity to truly make this role their own while supporting a fast-moving, team-focused organization.

In this role, you’ll assist with day-to-day accounting functions, support financial reporting, and play a key part in the implementation of RFMS, a new program that will be one of the first major projects for this position.

This position will be based within our Driven 4 Group operations in Garfield Heights, with travel to our North Canton office 1–2 days per month for monthly meetings and inventory reconciliation.

Driven 4 is excited to welcome Shelby Martin as our new Senior Interior Designer, bringing a thoughtful, design-forward approach shaped by both creativity and real-world construction experience.

Shelby’s passion for design started early, inspired by watching her parents build their family home—an experience that sparked a lifelong interest in how spaces come together. While completing her undergraduate degree, she launched her first design firm in 2016, quickly turning that passion into a hands-on career. By 2018, she was already contributing to meaningful projects like designing her grandmother’s age-in-place home, blending personal connection with purposeful design.

Over the past nine years, Shelby has built a diverse background across interior design, design-build, and sales—working with everything from furniture, flooring, tile, and paint to window treatments and full-scale renovations. Her experience even includes time on-site as a painter for projects like the Stranahan Theater in Toledo, giving her a unique perspective that bridges design vision with field ex*****on. After expanding into commercial design in 2020, she returned her focus to residential renovations and additions, where her ability to create functional, personalized, and visually compelling spaces truly shines.
Now based in Cleveland’s West Park/Kamm’s Corner area, Shelby brings an intentional and collaborative mindset to Driven 4—approaching each project with curiosity, creativity, and a strong commitment to delivering spaces that reflect the people who live in them. Outside of work, she stays active and inspired through yoga, hiking, running, and travel, and enjoys discovering new restaurants and coffee shops with her husband. At home, she’s kept busy by her two dogs, Otis and Merle.

We’re proud to have Shelby on the team as we continue to design and build spaces that are not only beautiful—but Built Better.

Driven 4 is proud to welcome Mike Gumto as our new VP of Preconstruction, bringing with him a career built on experience, adaptability, and a deep understanding of what it takes to bring projects to life the right way.

Mike’s journey in construction began more than 27 years ago, starting with his education at the University of Akron and quickly evolving into hands-on roles that shaped his well-rounded expertise. From his early days as a Project Engineer to leadership positions across companies like Marous Brothers, OCP Contractors, JLJI, Courtad Dalton, and Loomis Companies, he has consistently taken on new challenges, mastering everything from estimating and preconstruction strategy to project management and operations. Along the way, he’s built a reputation for being resourceful, dedicated, and relentlessly focused on results—someone who understands both the big picture and the critical details that drive successful outcomes.

Now stepping into his role at Driven 4, Mike brings that same mindset to our team—aligning vision with ex*****on, strengthening our preconstruction process, and helping ensure every project is set up for success from day one. Based in Concord Township, Mike values balance just as much as performance, spending his time outside of work playing pickleball, traveling with his wife, and enjoying life with his Westie, Prince.
