Bowen and the City of Vermilion recently celebrated the opening of their new Police Department. As the first purpose built police facility in Vermilion’s history the new building incorporates all the essential components needed to keep the community safe for years to come.

Near Opportunity Corridor our latest project for the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority is beginning to take shape. The rejuvenated accessible community centered East 79th Street Light Rail Station which replaces a 1980’s era facility that had seen few changes since it was built.

The station provides access to both rail and bus service. Aesthetically, the design intent is to create a new station that doesn’t overpower the nearby park with the station being integrated into the hillside to become an extension of the park. The design is meant to be subtle, light and intuitive, yet ultimately satisfying the main intent, which is to provide a new, exciting, ADA compliant station that is well lit, safe, and becomes an important factor in helping to revitalize the surrounding neighborhood.
