🏡 The Brownhelm at SL 84 in Cold Creek Crossing is really starting to take shape! With framing well underway, you can now see the layout, rooflines, and character of this beautiful home coming together.

This is one of our favorite stages of the building process because what started as plans on paper is quickly becoming a home. Each new wall and framed opening gives a better look at the space future homeowners will soon be able to enjoy.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, and we’re excited to keep sharing the progress as SL 84 moves closer to completion!
