It doesn’t get much cuter than this… “my papa builds houses, what’s your superpower?” Mike is the VP of Construction and also an awesome Papa!

Today was an incredible day at our Grand Opening. So many friends, family, customers, and trade partners there to celebrate with us! We are so thankful for the outpouring love and support.

The first step with Oak & Slate is simple: a conversation.

No contracts. No commitment. No pressure.

We’ll talk about what you’re looking for in your new home, your budget, timeline, property (if you already have one!), and answer the questions you have about the custom building process.

If it feels like we could be a good fit, the next step is a lot walk.

We’ll meet you at your property, walk the homesite together, and start talking through how your home could work with the land — placement, views, access, site conditions, and the things that are important to you.

Sometimes you have to see it before you can see it. 🏡

On this homesite, that meant marking the location of the future front door and walking the home with our clients — talking through where they’ll enter, what they’ll see, how the home will sit on the land, and how it all connects to the property around it.

It may just look like a little wooden stake right now, but one day, they'll be walking through their front door right here!

Landscaping is underway, which means we’re officially in the final stages! 🌱🏡

Before the sod goes down and the finishing touches go in, there’s a whole lot happening behind the scenes — final grading, drainage, erosion control, soil prep, irrigation, and getting everything ready for a yard that looks great and functions the way it should.

Once landscaping is wrapped up, there’s just a final clean and wash ahead before we get to do our favorite part — handing over the keys and welcoming another family home. 🔑🤍

We’re almost there!

A little office reno update ✨

Things are really starting to come together around here! From our new project manager workspaces to a front entry that’s officially feeling like us, we’re getting closer and closer to the finish line. There are still details to wrap up but we’re so excited to welcome everyone into our new space.

The countdown to our Grand Opening is on! 🎉 We can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with you.
