Just wrapped up two great weeks of in-person training, process refinement, and team building with our estimating team 🌿

One of the highlights was taking the team out to current project sites — and seeing the projects they’ve been estimating. There’s no better way to sharpen an estimator’s eye than walking the work and connecting the plans to the work on the ground.

From whiteboarding sessions to jobsite walks to shared lunches, this time together strengthened our processes and our team. Now they’re ready to hit the ground running.

Good projects start long before the first irrigation line is installed. Field coordination meeting between our Project Manager and Irrigation Foreman to make sure everything is in place before the next phase begins.

Moving and installing material of this size takes coordination, patience, and a crew that knows how to work together.

Because of the tree size, each delivery required dedicated transport with only two trees per load.

In our production meeting today, the most important topic wasn’t scheduling. It wasn’t production efficiency. It wasn’t materials or timelines.

It was customer service.
